Dear Karin: I am soft, tender, open … and feel so at home in my body. As I went about my day in the world … dentist, car appointment, another meeting, errands etc. … I saw how hectic and almost violent the world of activity is … can’t quite say the details … but next week … I will come home and rest after our session. The work is powerful … a new beginning … I am so happy to be working with you. Thank you for being present and so intimate with me. I feel blessed by your Presence and your gifts. I feel my shoulder … and will see how it is tonight. I can feel a … strength … core … connected … embodied spirit aligned … words that don’t come close to capturing the essence.
Thank you for all of your encouragement and support to make my life so much better and so rewarding. I’m now living in the moment enjoying all that life has to offer not just on vacation but each day. You helped me get here my friend!
