About

ResonateWithHealing Karin - SET Therapy, CranioSacral Massage, Integrative Health CoachingKarin earned her RN license at the age of 21 in Sweden, her birth-country.  Soon after, she left for Saudi Arabia to work and travel. After spending 15 years in the Desert Kingdom she relocated to Tucson in 2003 where she worked at the University Medical Center caring for premature babies in the NICU, and later managing Labor and Delivery/Mother Baby Units.

On her path to finding a way of healing the body, mind, and soul, she has pursued training in Structural Energetic Therapy (SET), Cranio Sacral Therapy, Reiki, and the practice of Tai Chi Chuan.  Karin completed her certification in Integrative Health Coaching at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine in 2016 which led to creating her own practice – Resonate with Healing.

Given her skill in complementary modalities, Karin is able to connect on several levels with her main goal – “working with you, the client, to reach optimal health and  well-being”  Her work with clients extends beyond the physical to embrace emotional and spiritual aspects of health as well.  As a healing practitioner, Karin is tuned in to the verbal and non-verbal presentation of illness as well as healing energy.  Her motto throughout her career has always been:

  • True healing must not necessarily begin or end with medication; we must enable our own inner physician to work for us.
  • True healing happens only when we listen to and hear what our symptoms are telling us.
  • True healing begins from within: sometimes we just need a little help to open the doors and unleash our inner healer.

As a  Structural Energetic Therapist (SET) Karin works with chronic pain and other issues usually considered difficult to address with long-term or permanent results.  Karin started working closely with Dr Amy Thomas, OD FCOVD, in 2018. She provides Structural Energetic Therapy to patients of all ages as an adjunct to specialized lenses and vision therapy. Conditions treated includes but are not limited to; post concussion syndrome, traumatic brain injuries, autism, chronic headaches, and much more.
